Description
A four-storey residential house, probably from the 1920s, situated on the slope of a terminal moraine, near the Waszkiewicz park. Very modern and innovative for those times, the villa was made of white plastered brick, later repainted yellow during renovation works. The form is decorated with horizontal stripes of clinker bricks arranged in the axis of the windows on the second and third floors. Dormers have been integrated into the plane of the hipped roof.
