Description
A three-storey residential house from the turn of the 1920s and 1930s, situated on the slope of a terminal moraine, near the Waszkiewicz park. On the west side, i.e., Zwycięstwa Str., enriched with balconies on the 1st and 2nd floors, and on the south-west side with an avant-corps. Dormers have been integrated into the plane of the hipped roof. Part of the plastered façade was finished with clinker bricks, in the face of which modernist windows were placed at regular intervals. Unique swing windows have been built into the loggia area. The asymmetrical volume of the villa is characterized by a combination of a modernist style with a simple residential layout, typical especially for the 1930s.
